New York, NY — 360 X Capital today highlighted the flexible capital structure of the Catch 12 SC Real Estate Fund, which is designed to accommodate multiple offering pathways as the fund advances its capital formation strategy.
The fund is being offered through a combination of Reg D 504, Reg D 506(c), and Regulation A pathways and is targeting a total raise of $20 million.
