New York, NY — 360 X Capital announced a new investor outreach initiative for the Heartland Energy Fund as the firm expands discussions with accredited investors, strategic partners, and infrastructure-aligned capital sources focused on climate and energy transition opportunities.
Structured as a Regulation D Rule 506(c) offering, the fund is targeting up to $500 million in capital commitments for climate infrastructure, industrial decarbonization, synthetic fuel assets, and other large-scale energy transition opportunities.
The outreach effort marks an important milestone in the fund’s capital formation strategy and reflects growing institutional interest in scalable climate-linked private market investments.
