1. Nature of the Investment
1.1. Regulation D 506(c) Compliance
The Investment being offered is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Regulation D 506(c). This offering is available exclusively to accredited investors as defined under SEC guidelines. By proceeding, you represent and warrant that you meet the qualifications of an accredited investor.

2. Conditional Finalization of Purchase
